I love real estate!! I grew up in west Michigan, learning from my father how to invest in the real estate market. Even as young as 10 years old and looking at properties with my Dad, I recall him saying, “Never stop searching, everyone wants to own real estate.” Like any passion I do the research, gather the information and know what the market is doing.

Selling your house? I understand curb appeal. I know what it takes to make a house say... “Buy me now!” First impressions are important, accurate market pricing is critical. I have designed and built several personal homes. I have worked with builders staging houses for the “Parade of Homes” and I have worked with several home owners, “staging” their house to sell.

Purchasing a home? I work hard for my clients, searching for that perfect house that will turn into their perfect home, and if I do say so myself am quite the negotiator.

Investing? Now is the perfect time!!! Together we will look for a house or houses that are perfect for the investor ... the “kill shot.” I have the knowledge and experience to help you capitalize on the current market conditions.
