He first got a firm idea of what we were looking for and then viewed several properties himself to see if they fit our criteria enough to make the journey. He also researched the current standings and situations regarding the homes. (Several were the right criteria, but had renters living in them with leases lasting up to a year or so.) When we made the trip, he had several appropriate homes to show us and we were impressed with the fact that he pointed out why the more expensive homes were not necessarily the best deals in the long run, neither being homes he had listed, so he was willing to get less commission to make sure we had the home that suited us best! He was also very patient and just an all round nice person to deal with!"
